The Norm Waitt Sr. YMCA offers the most complete wellness experience in the entire region, from state of the art fitness equipment to family fun areas – we have something for everyone.
And don’t forget the Hot Tub, Sauna and Steam Room!

	Wellness Center With over 40 treadmills and other cardio machines featuring individual touchscreen television monitors, an extensive free weight area, and first-rate weight machines, the Wellness Center offers something for everyone at every level of fitness. Must be 15 years old or have completed Youth or Teens on the Move class to use.
	Gymnasium Our two-court gym is perfect for basketball, indoor soccer and family game time. It also serves as in indoor walking track.
	Fitness Pool Our beautiful eight-lane 25 yard fitness pool is home for lap swimmers, aqua aerobics classes, swim teams, water exercise, swim lessons and open swim. Pool regulations
	Family Fun Pool Siouxland’s best family pool – this warm water zero depth entry pool with water slides and kids water playhouse supplies hours of fun. This pool is also used for family swim, youth swim lessons, warm water exercise and available for birthday parties.
	Fitness Studio If you prefer a cardio or strength-based workout in a fun and exciting atmosphere, our fitness studio is the place for you. Check out the Group Fitness class schedule.
	Youth Center For the convenience of our members, the Y provides a Youth Center area for children Kindergarten – 14 years old. Here it’s all about games, crafts and lots of social interaction. The Youth Center also provides access to the Cargill Technology Center. This computer lab is open to all members and monitored by Youth Center staff. (Open to members Kindergarten to 14 years old.)
	Child Watch For the convenience of our members, the Y also provides a safe place for children age 3 months to preschool to be cared for while parents participate in Y programs. Kind, professional staff are all CPR certified. (Open to children ages three months to Pre-K.)
	Locker Rooms Five locker rooms include spacious areas to serve all and assure ease of use. Choose from Men’s & Women’s adult only locker rooms, Female Family, Male Family and Co-ed Family locker rooms.
	Outdoor Pool In partnership with the City of South Sioux City, FREE admission to the outdoor pool is included with every membership to the Y! Outdoor Pool opens Saturday June 8th! Pool regulations
