I just wanted to write you guys at the Y a little note of thanks. I have been deployed now for 5 months and my wife has been using your facilities since I have been gone. She uses it as an outlet for her frustrations to me being gone, again, to a little get-a-way from it all. My daughter also uses the facility and I know from talking with her it is a nice change of pace for her as well. I know that my family is not the only family of a deployed member that utilizes the Y for just that purpose, and I know that all deployed members feel as I feel.
When heard about all the flooding that was happening back home I became worried, but after reading all your updates about what was happening to the Y I felt relief knowing that the Y’s doors might have been relocated, but the Y will remain open for all to use.
Different Location, same great people!
Please pass on to all your staff my personal heartfelt Thank You for all they have done, and continue to do.
