Fit For Life will help you make healthy lifestyle behavior changes in a small group, classroom based setting with support from a certified Wellness Coach. The program meets once a week for 16 weeks, followed by bi-weekly and monthly sessions to support you for a whole year!
The goals of the YMCA’s Fit for Life Program are to decrease overall body weight and to increase physical activity for the purpose of decreasing health risks and improving overall quality of life. These goals are achieved by focusing on behavioral modification around healthy eating and physical activity.

6 weekly sessions, 12 bi-weekly sessions, 2 monthly sessions
Cost: $300 or $250 with medical referral
