SilverSneakersĀ® Classic
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, balance, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic band and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. Our energetic instructors will guide you through each exercise that you can complete at your own pace.
