Push yourself to new limits at Fit Camp! This four-week program’s goals are to provide fun, exciting and challenging workouts twice a week. Fit Camp will take place outside and consist of various sports drills, speed, agility and power movements, cardio/strength intervals and obstacle courses.
$30 for Members and $45 for Non-Members.
