FOUNDATIONS
Fit for Life: Foundations will help participants make healthy lifestyle changes with the support of our Wellness Coaches and fellow program participants. We know the journey to a healthier lifestyle is a personal one, and we designed Fit for Life with that in mind. The support you receive from your group will help you stay focused on your goals and overcome obstacles on your way to a healthier you! A variety of workouts as well as a wellness journal will all be included in this four-week program.

Fit For Life: Foundations is FREE for members and non-members!*

(*Participants may take Foundations more than once for a fee. Repeat sessions are $30 for members only.)
