Fit For Two

New for 2012′s expecting moms.

Give you and your baby the best start to your new lives together by joining this eight week Prenatal Wellness Program as early in your pregnancy as possible. This program includes prenatal fitness and educational sessions to give you all the tools you need to maintain “wellness” during this exciting time. Not only do you and your baby reap benefits throughout your pregnancy, you also increase your chances of having an easier labor and delivery, as well as a quicker post-partum recovery. Designed with you in mind, all exercises are modified to your special needs and led by a Prenatal Fitness certified instructor. Classes incorporate Prenatal Strength Training, Prenatal Yoga, Prenatal Cardio exercises and Prenatal Water exercises. A physician’s consent is required to register.

$80 for members and non-members.

Session I runs from February 6 through March 28 on Mondays and Wednesdays. There are two separate times available.

Session II runs from March 5 through April 25 on Mondays and Wednesdays. Again, two separate times are available.
