This program is designed for those wishing to train for their first 5K, those wanting to learn how to start or pick back up a running program and for those looking for a change in their current cardio workout routine. (A 5 kilometer race is equal to 3.1 miles.)
Plus, we’ll cover the benefits and proper techniques of a weight training strength program to get you ready for the Pump n Run 5K in Dakota Dunes Saturday July 7th.
My First 5K will meet:
Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:30 – 6:30 PM.

$25 for Members and $50 for Non-Members.
