My First 5K

This four-week program is designed for those wishing to train for their first 5K, those wanting to learn how to start or pick back up a running program and for those looking for a change in their current cardio workout routine. (A 5 kilometer race is equal to 3.1 miles.)

Plus, we’ll cover the benefits and proper techniques of a weight training strength program and get you ready for an upcoming race. (You can join Team “Y Strong” at the Race for Hope on September 20!)

Fall 2014 session:
August 26 – September 18

Tuesdays & Thursdays
5:30 – 6:30 PM

$30 for Members and $50 Non-Members.
