Personal Training is back! The Y’s Personal Trainers are available to help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you are trying to lose weight, improve your strength and flexibility, spice up your current workout or train for a 5K, our trainers will put together a program specifically for you to reach your goals and work with you along the way.

Purchase up to 9 single sessions at $30 for members and $45 for non-members per session (or $50 for members and $65 for non-members per session for two-person personal training).

Purchase options available for 10, 12, 15 or 20 sessions at a discounted rate. Each session is $25 for members and $40 for non-members (or $40 for members and $55 for non-members per session for two-person personal training).

Take the Coach Approach. Sign up for 6 Personal Training sessions and a Weight Loss for Life program for $200.
