Aqua Charged
Come join us for a dynamic aerobic workout using the principals of land routines in the water. Increase your cardio fitness, build strength, endurance and flexibility to an upbeat tempo. This is a great compliment to traditional land classes. Aqua charged, keeping your workouts fun and muscles moving. Mid – High Intensity.

Aqua Fit
Get ready, get set, get wet! This mid intensity class combines 20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength and 20 minutes of flexibility and balance work into one great class.
          
Aqua Motion
Shallow water moves are used to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. Strength, balance and coordination will be challenged in this beginner water aerobics class.
                              
Aqua Tour de Y
Take Tour de Y to the water. This class is a great way to get a fun workout without the impact. Water cardio + water circuit stations = a high intensity and low impact total body interval workout in the pool. Work on your core, strength and cardio endurance. 

Deep Water Aerobics

This low intensity class is performed in the deep end of the pool with the aid of a water belt. Aerobic endurance, core stability and coordination will all be worked in this suspended workout.
