For all levels, from aspiring runners to veteran racers and anyone looking to mix-up training routine, this program will help you get ready for spring races and motivate you to stay in shape over the winter.
Covers core strengthening, form & technique, nutrition tips, total body circuit strengthening exercises, treadmill workouts, stretching routines, agility & balance exercises and more.
