Y Tri It

Whether you are already a competitive triathlete, want to sign up for your first tri or just want to train like one – this is the best program in the area.

The Y ‘Tri’ It program is open to members and non-members who are interested in or are training for an upcoming triathlon (RUNNING, BIKING & SWIMMING). This program will cover gear required for a triathlons, basic training schedules, run clinics, bike drills, swim drills, brick workouts, bike maintenance clinics, circuit workouts, core work and nutrition tips.
