Teens on the Move is an educational and exercise class for 12-14 year olds. Participants will learn and experience the five components of physical fitness: aerobic exercise, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition. This program will allow your teen to have full access to all group fitness classes as well all the equipment in our Wellness Center. Meeting once a week during this eight-week program, teens will be able to effectively use equipment and go group fitness classes with confidence and may be able to teach you a few basic moves.
Teens on the Move meets Tuesday or Thursday afternoons from 4:30 – 5:30 PM.
