This six-week program exposes children, ages 8 – 11, to a variety of wellness opportunities. Participants will learn the importance of physical fitness and healthy living. Each weekly session features a different wellness focus; we start out each session learning the basics of the activity – and then dive right into the workout experience! After completing the program, your child will have limited access to cardio equipment in the Y’s Wellness Center when accompanied by an adult.
Youth on the Move meets Tuesday afternoons from 4:00 – 5:00 PM for six weeks.
