Choose to Lose
Choose to Lose will help you make healthy lifestyle behavior changes in a small group, classroom and gym-based setting with support from certified Wellness Coaches. The program meets twice a week for 16 weeks!
The goals of the YMCA’s Choose To Lose Program are to decrease overall body weight and to increase physical activity for the purpose of decreasing health risks and improving the overall quality of life. These goals are achieved by focusing on behavioral modification around healthy eating and physical activity.
