2019 Indoor Triathlon
Looking for a fun and challenging event to kick off the Spring season or keep the fire under those New Year?s Resolutions? Try the YMCA Triathlon Challenge! Race at your own pace as you swim, bike, and run your way through your triathlon between March 1st-March 31st. Participants can choose to participate, at their own pace, in a full or half marathon. Please Get your informational flyer and activity log from the Membership Desk upon registration completion.
T-SHIRT: All participants competing in the challenge will earn a YMCA Triathlon Challenge t-shirt. PRIZES: All participants who turn in a completed activity log and be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a new gym bag packed with fitness goodies!

Mark Your Mat Workshop
Join us on March 16th from 1:00 – 3:00 PM for the Mark Your Mat Workshop! In this workshop, you will be marking a yoga mat so that you will know where to place your hands and feet in order to get the most out of your yoga practice. Once we have finished marking the mats we will break down different yoga poses so that you will learn how to do the poses correctly as well as how to modify or deepen your pose. This is a wonderful workshop for people who are new to yoga or for people who want to learn how to improve their current yoga practice. *Yoga Mat included.
