Tired of the same treadmill or workout routine? Spice it up and try a Group Fitness class!

Every class is lead by a nationally certified instructor and is a fun way to cross-train.

All classes are for all fitness levels – adjustments are available for beginners and advanced participants alike. No need to sign up in advance; all classes are free for Y members and last approximately one hour unless otherwise noted.

Group Active will increase your cardio fitness, build your strength and improve your balance and flexibility in a supportive group environment, with motivating music and caring instructors.

Discover new heights! Get your cardio fix with 60 minutes of step training. Improve your fitness, agility, balance and strength with athletic exercises that utilize the step in dynamic new ways. The exciting music and group experience will get your heart pounding and the sweat pouring. It’s a Blast!

centergy 3d GROUP CENTERGY
Grow longer and stronger as you explore this journey of Yoga and Pilates movements. Positive, uplifting music, group dynamics and supportive instructors will enable you to center your energy, reduce stress and leave with a smile.

core 3d GROUP CORE
New! Train like a pro in 30 action-packed minutes. A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, will help prevent back pain and give you ripped abs! Motivating instructors and outstanding music will coach your through functional and integrated exercises – all to challenge you like never before!

kick 3d GROUP KICK
An addictive workout that combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, sports drills, and cardio into one high energy class. Kick, punch and groove the calories away.

power 3d GROUP POWER
This barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. Simple, athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels.

ride 3d GROUP RIDE
High energy cycling class will get your heart pumping and the calories burning. Fabulous music and energetic instructors make the hour fly by. This class is a calorie killer!

hiit H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training)
A power-packed total body circuit workout combining bodyweight and various equipment. What a rush! (45 minute class)

Get the results you want from this core conditioning class. This mat workout focuses on maximizing core strength and flexibility (abdominals, back and hips) while developing a mind/body connection.

r30 3d R30
Get fitter in only 30 minutes. It’s as easy as riding a bike, and in R30, riding a bike has never been better! Burn calories, improve muscular endurance and build cardio fitness as you ride with surges, short intervals, power and end with a rush. Inspiring music and motivating instructors will ensure that Everyone Finishes First!

tabata TABATA
Brand new style of workout. Unlike anything else: get cardio and strength benefits with a lot more spice and variety! Instead of hours of exercise, a Tabata round can be completed in four minutes. Pack an intense forty-five minute workout with quick and exciting 20 – 45 seconds intervals.

New! Are you ready to party yourself into shape? Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba features exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you’ll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.
