Themed Meditation:

After having developed a basic understanding of the mind and the inner workings of the self, let begin to dive deeper. Using different techniques, we will learn to make peace and learn to clear specific chatter.

November: Stress
Enjoy a healthier mind by developing your awareness of stress and learning how to reframe negative emotions.

December: Happiness
Develop a more playful attitude towards life and begin to understand how your own happiness impacts others.

January: Restlessness
Start to understand your restlessness and learn to work with it more skillfully.

February: Relationships
Learn to focus less on the self-critical chatter to achieve greater harmony with other and within yourself.
