This new twelve-week, evidence-based wellness and education program is designed to help you reduce risk factors related to diabetes and to assist in the management of diabetes through aerobic and resistance training exercise.
Classes are held twice weekly and will include guided, personalized workouts focusing on your strength, cardio and flexibility – all led by motivational, nationally-certified instructors. We will also help you track and monitor blood glucose levels.
Who can join? Adults (18+) diagnosed as pre-diabetic or with type 2 diabetes
Medical clearance from health care provider and copy of recent HbA1c test results (60 days prior to start of program) are required in order to participate.
– 2x per week for 12 weeks
– Members $60 ($20/month)
– Non-members, class only $90 ($30/month)
– Non-members, class and 12 week membership $150 ($50/month) *option only available once

January 16 – April 5
April 10 – July 3 (no class May 29th)
July 10 – October 2 (no class July 4 or September 4)
October 9 – December 27 (no class December 25)
