My First 5K


run3Hit the ground running! This four-week program is designed for those wishing to train for their first 5K, those wanting to learn how to start or pick back up a running program and for those looking for a change in their current cardio workout routine. (A 5 kilometer race is equal to 3.1 miles.)

Plus, we’ll cover the benefits and proper techniques of a weight training strength program and get you ready for an upcoming race!
