MAXIMIZE YOUR POTENTIAL

Our experienced, nationally-certified Personal Trainers are available to help you achieve your wellness goals through top-notch one-on-one training and motivation. Whether you need help getting started, losing weight, improving your strength and flexibility or just want to spice up your current workouts, our knowledgeable trainers will design a program specifically for your goals and support you every step of the way.

Strength Training Program:

This program gets you a personalized strength training based workout plan with 3 days of lifting and 2 days of cardio. A personal trainer will meet with your virtually to tweak the program so it can best fit your need and then you are on your way! 

A wellness assessment with weight, BMI, measurement, and body fat percentage is included and will be done at week one and week six to see if you want to move on to a new plan.

We can provide the plan to you in a binder that you pick up at the Y, or we can send you the PDF documents to print at home and use when you wish!

Tell your doctor about the questions you answered YES to.
