Transform Your Body
Transform is an 8 week class that focuses on your specific needs by giving you 1 on 1 coaching in a small group setting.
Class size: 5 – 8 participants
Duration: 24 sessions over 8 weeks
– First week: Wellness Coach will contact you take baseline tests, measurements, weight and discuss goals.
– Final class: Retest baseline tests and see final results!
