Transform Your Body

Transform is an 8 week class that focuses on your specific needs by giving you 1 on 1 coaching in a small group setting.

Training type: 1 on 1 coaching
Class size: 5 – 8 participants
Duration: 25 sessions over 8 weeks

– First session: Introductory meeting with baseline tests.

– First week: 1 on 1 coaching to discuss personal goals, weight, body measurements and body fat.

– Final class: Retest baseline tests and see final results!

Session 2: 5:30 – 6:30 PM – REGISTER HERE

$20 optional add-on to receive a health assessment complete with biometric numbers
