Improve your muscular strength and enhance your body muscle endurance!

Women on Weights is a small group program that meets once a week for 8 weeks and teaches women proper weight-lifting etiquette, technique and routine. You will see positive transformations in your body and you will get stronger!

Pre and Post assessments are included to help keep you committed, motivated, energized and on track to reach your health & wellness goals. This program is taught by certified wellness staff.

Team trainings range from 3-6 participants and include one in person training session AND a workout to be completed independently each week. 

Our progressive 8-week program  will teach you:

– Effective weight training exercises

– How to execute exercises correctly

– How to choose the right weight to use

– The right number of sets and reps to perform

Program Dates:

Mondays: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM or Wednesdays: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM

Starting the week of November 2nd – December 23rd, 2020

Program Fees:

YMCA Member: $75.00

Community Member: $150.00*

*Price includes a weekly pass to complete your independent workout at the YMCA
