Learn and explore the many benefits of the Yoga Wheel in this guided class. We will learn how to safely backbend, increase flexibility, breathe deeply in the postures, increase blood flow, and learn how to use the wheel to deepen your practice. Our Yoga Wheel classes will be designed to help stretch and release tension and muscular tightness in the back, chest, shoulders, abdomen and hip flexors. This revolutionary wheel is specifically designed to match the contour of the spine and help aide in back bending. We suggest a regular yoga practice for at least 6 months.
