Fit For Life

FOUNDATIONS
Fit for Life: Foundations will help participants make healthy lifestyle changes with the support of our Wellness Coaches and fellow program participants. We know the journey to a healthier lifestyle is a personal one, and we designed Fit for Life with that in mind. The support you receive from your group will help you stay focused on your goals and overcome obstacles on your way to a healthier you! A variety of workouts as well as a wellness journal will all be included in this four-week program.

Fit For Life: Foundations is FREE for members and non-members!*

(*Participants may take Foundations more than once for a fee. Repeat sessions are $30 for members only.)

STRENGTH & CARDIO
Continue making healthy lifestyle changes with additional support from our staff on the journey to a healthier lifestyle during these four weeks with two separate classes- Fit For Life: Strength and Fit For Life: Cardio.

Fit for Life: Strength will focus on exercises to improve or maintain strength in hopes of seeing a positive change in your body with the use of strength equipment and free weights as well as individualized workouts.

Fit for Life: Cardio will focus on increasing your heart rate and burning calories with the use of cardio equipment as well as individualized workouts.

The group support you will receive in Fit For Life will help you stay focused on your goals and overcome obstacles in your way to a healthier you! Join us for these four-week programs to reap the benefits that weight lifting and/or cardio exercise has to offer! (Minimum three participants required to hold class.)

Members- $30.
