Fit For Two

For expecting moms.

Give you and your baby the best start to your new lives together by joining this six week Prenatal Wellness Program as early in your pregnancy as possible. This program includes prenatal fitness and educational sessions to give you all the tools you need to maintain “wellness” during this exciting time. Not only do you and your baby reap benefits throughout your pregnancy, you also increase your chances of having an easier labor and delivery, as well as a quicker post-partum recovery. Designed with you in mind, all exercises are modified to your special needs and led by a Prenatal Fitness certified instructor. Classes incorporate strength training, pre-natal Yoga, cardio warm-ups and water exercises.

September 16 – October 23
October 28 – December 11

Tues/Thurs 10:00 – 11:00 AM
Tues/Thurs 5:00 – 6:00 PM

$45 for Members.
$70 for Non-Members.
