This program is designed for those wishing to train for their first 5K, those wanting to learn how to start or pick back up a running program and for those looking for a change in their current cardio workout routine. (A 5 kilometer race is equal to 3.1 miles.)
We’ll get you ready for the Spring Thaw 5K in Sioux City on Saturday April 7th.
My First 5K will meet:
Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:30 – 7:30 PM.
February 28 – March 22
$25 for Members and Non-Members.
