Personal Training is back! The Y’s Personal Trainers are available to help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you are trying to lose weight, improve your strength and flexibility, spice up your current workout or train for a 5K, our trainers will put together a program specifically for you to reach your goals and work with you along the way
Personal Training Options:
ONE HOUR SESSIONS- Purchase up to 9 single hour-long sessions at $30 for members and $45 for non-members per session.
Available in blocks of 10, 12, 15 or 20 sessions at a discounted rate- $25 for members and $40 for non-members per session.
HALF HOUR SESSIONS- Now offering half-hour sessions at $15 for members and $22.50 for non-members per session. Must be purchased in blocks of 4. Discounted rate available on 12 or more session – $12.50 for members and $20 for non-members per session.
TWO PERSON SESSIONS- Purchase up to 9 single hour-long sessions at $50 for members and $65 for non-members per session for two-person training.
Available in blocks of 10, 12, 15 or 20 sessions at a discounted rate- $40 for members and $55 for non-members per session for two-person training.

Upon purchasing Personal Training sessions, contact a Member Services staff at the front desk or Wellness Coach in the Wellness Center to schedule your sessions with a trainer.
