Teens On The Move

Get your teen active in this educational and exercise class. Open to 12 – 14 year olds, participants will learn and experience the five components of physical fitness: aerobic exercise, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition. After successfully completing the program, teens will be able to effectively craft a workout and use equipment with confidence and may be able to teach you a few basic moves, too! They will also have full access all the equipment in our Wellness Center and the ability to attend all group fitness classes.

Members: $35.

Teens on the Move meets Thursday afternoons from 4:00 – 5:00 PM for eight weeks.
