“I started training with Jill after taking her 5K training program in the fall of 2012. She helped me improve my overall body strength in addition to my cardio-endurance.

Jill’s training sessions are instrumental in my ability to reach toward my overall health and fitness goals. I have lost inches, pounds and gained new weight training skills all thanks to Jill’s weekly expectations!!

I participated in my very first marathon on October 5, 2014.

Jill says: Terssa started out just wanting the support of a group to help her get on track. She had no intent on ever becoming a runner. But now she’s running 5Ks, 10Ks, half-marathons and a full marathon!
