Summer Skills Season
SKILL BUILDING AND CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT HAPPEN HERE.
Our Summer Skills Season is designed for kids ages 8-12 to begin to build the framework for growth in skills in each specific activity.
It will further acquaint them to recreational games and activities such as Basketball, Football, Soccer, Volleyball, Rock Climbing and Swimming.
It is a great way to begin “learning how to learn” to develop skills in sport. Each session will begin with 45 minutes of warm-ups and drills, and will end with 15 minutes of agility training and cool-down
