Swim Assessments

Swim Assessments

All children, members or guests, age 13 and under are required to be swim tested.  Any child under the age of 8, regardless of swimming ability, must be accompanied in the water by an adult member. Participants of any age may be swim tested at the discretion of the lifeguards. Lifeguards will test swimmers, issue safety bands and record swimmer’s color. Safety bands are worn around the swimmer’s neck, and easily pop off if they were to snag on an object or person. Swim Assessments will take place during pool breaks at the top of every hour on nights and weekends.
