ALWAYS ON THE GO

Get your teen active exercise ball boyin this educational, exercise class. Open to 12 – 14 year olds, participants will learn and experience the five components of physical fitness: aerobic exercise, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition.

After successfully completing the program, teens will be able to effectively craft a workout, use equipment with confidence and may be able to teach you a few basic moves, too! They will also have full access to all the equipment in our Wellness Center and the ability to attend all Group Fitness classes.

Members: $35

Teens on the Move meets Thursday afternoons from 4:00 – 5:00 PM for eight weeks.
