What swim skill do students need to be at in order to join?

Swimmers ages 6 -15 years old who can swim 50 yards and tread water for up to 1 minute, with ease, 25yd stroke for the following - freestyle, backstroke, butterfly, breaststroke, breast and butterfly, kicks front and back, Bonus flip turns and open flip turns, should be at a strong enough swim skill to join.
